Fall Package

We have also created a Fall Package. 

It includes a holistic approach to your therapeutic needs during this season of transition and gives you an opportunity to meet and experience the range of expertise offered by our entire staff.

The package includes 5 services. We recommend a weekly visit at minimum and in the following recommended order.
60 min. Coaching service. Kenna can help you talk through what you have to savor, what you are ready to let go of and set strategies and timelines for your goals. You may even schedule the included integrative massage to follow immediately after coaching.
60 min Deep Tissue massage. Colin loves doing the slow focused deep tissue work going straight to the tissues needing to regain flexibility and fluidity.
60 min Lymphatic massage. Lori specializes in lymphatic massage for the clearing, circulatory and immune stimulation effects.
60-minute Energy Somatic massage. Cindy's skills with energy body massage will help you align the mind-body, revitalize, clear meridians and attach to whatever intentions you are holding for your wellbeing.
