 Deep tissue massage uses sustained deep pressure to break up the accumulation of connective tissue within muscles caused by repetitive stress from work or play, chronic postural issues head to feet and from athletic activity. This is focused work excellent for targeting specific problem areas. If a full body massage is desired schedule at least 90 min. 

Lymphatic massage involves light strokes and manual pumping of the lymph nodes with the purpose of moving fluids towards the lymph node clusters and then to the heart. The best way to stimulate lymph is to walk without stopping allowing arms to swing for at least 20 minutes. Choose this massage style when you feel sluggish, in need of invigoration or when illness, surgery or injury make walking difficult. 

ESM massage combines energy work such as reiki, pressure point holds, meridian tracing, cranio-sacral, or polarity combined with manual manipulation of the musculature. Specific techniques will vary depending on the therapist's training and client requests. 

Myofascial Release uses slow movement and sustained gentle to firm pressure to stretch and repair the connective tissue between your muscles (fascia). It helps to ease pain, restore range of motion, flexibility and fluidity of movement. This style is best for targeting specific needs. If a full body massage is desired choose at least 90 min.
