Deep tissue massage uses sustained deep pressure to break up the accumulation of connective tissue within muscles caused by repetitive stress from work or play, chronic postural issues head to feet and from athletic activity. This is focused work excellent for targeting specific problem areas. If a full body massage is desired schedule at least 90 min.

ESM massage combines energy work such as reiki, pressure point holds, meridian tracing, cranio-sacral, or polarity combined with manual manipulation of the musculature. Specific techniques will vary depending on the therapist's training and client requests.

Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. We use pillows and props to get you comfortable in a side lying position.
